I have decided I better do my own blog before I set off reading and commenting on everyone elses. 

Yesterday, I got most of the cutting done on the fabric for the quilt. For those of you not in the know on quilting, I use a rotary cutter and many rulers to cut the fabric. If I had to use scissors, I would leave it for the more patent sewers. A rotery cutter is a round retractable blade attached somehow to a handle and it rolls along the edges many different rulers. there are so many rulers you can buy. Just getting started with the basics is very expensive. some rulers are 25.00. I wait for sales and coupons. no sale or coupon, no ruler. the same holds for the replacement blades and any other item i might need. It is a very pricey hobby.  I love it though.

I just took a bunch of pics of the stuff I use to make my quilts. I just thought you mihgt like to see what i do for fun. If not, thats ok. I will put it on my album if you want to  see.

In other news, yesterday, while I was sewing, I heard the mailman trying to get into our mailbox. We have a locking mailbox(which I highly recommend) to prevent theft. the door has a tendency to jam. I heard him out there making a bunch of noise, then driving away. so later, I went out to get the mail. I had to pry the door open with my key, and unlocked that part of the mailbox,only to find out we had no mail in the box. The delivry person broke the handle off, left it on the ground and left without telling us. What a jerk. I will have to call the post office and report that. I sound like a beyatch, but half the time we get our neighbors mail, and it goes all the way down the block like that. Everyone getting their neighbors mail. All the person would have had to do is get out of the truck and walk to the door. It s not like I wasnt home. Or at least leave a note, but nothing. So, Im tellin on em, neener neener.

I took two tests this morning since I woke up so freakin early again. Got a 92 on one, and a 97 on the other. I am at a 94 GPA. I am really loving this course. It is so interesting. i saw a reference to a legal magazine in the chaptor, I will have to check it out. That is all for today. Check out he new album. i even marked what everything is.
