I got a comment from Em reminding me its been a week since I posted anything here. Also Carol told me to step up my game here, especially since I reminded her to update here page. So, here I am to fill in a weeks worth of gaps. I will try not to let this happen again, at least not this long.
So when I left you, I was going out to dinner with my friends. We had a good time, went to Olive garden. Right now I cant remember what I had, but it was good. WE came back to my house ans chated for a while, then they left cus thye both had to work on saturday. I went to bed. I sewed the rest of the weekend, but still didnt finishe the palcemats I had started. It takes forever to put on the bindings on the edge. That probable takes longer than the whole other part, or just as long. I have to be so careful to try and keep the stitching the same all the way around, and on every one. I am now convinced that 60.00 is the right price for a set of six. I did get the hawaiin print ones done and I really like them. I have to take pics of them, then i will post them.
I hope to get my house clean today and finish what I have started. So, why havent I posted this week? Honestly, I dont know why. I would get on hre, read a few blogs, think about writing, but had nothing to say and no desire to try and think something up. There is nothing wrong with me, just a bored brain I guess. I have been pre-occupied with sewing though. I know I can do both, but sometimes my brain just wont let me. I will try to get back into my normal routine.
So that is what is going on with me. Nothing great, sewing and working and bored with myself. So, for now, I will go but I will return soon. have a great wekend.
