These are some of the pics i took as I stood waiitn for the racers to fly by. I have never seen a bike race before, but hot damn, they are fast. no sooner did we see them, than they were past and gone. I just wanted to sahre the experience with you. can you find any famous riders? if you can, please point them out. tomorrow they will start in Merced and ride133 miles.

ReplyDeleteJan, that was a bike he uses for pre race timeing things. that bike was stolen out of the van up in Sacramento the day either before or of Phase one. It is a one of a kind bike worth $20,000. As soon as whoever stole it shows someone what they have, that person will be toast. that was a really stupid theft. Yea, they went by so fast I couldnt have seen him either, and i was right there.
