I have thought about opening my lappy and writing something in this little white spot but there are no words falling off my fingertips. Its been about two weeks or more since I have written anythhng, so I guess I better try. I think I am loosing the bloggin bug, one more time. OH well, here goes.
Two weeks ago John n I went to that party where we dressed up as pirates. We had a good time and looked pretty cute, If I must say so myself. I took a bunch of pics, but only a few came out very good. I don't know what happened, but most of them were blurry, so they were deleted. I would post them, but i don't like that I cant delete the file here on Multiply, so they will stay where they are. I have a bunch of picture files here, but I am hiding them cus I want them deleted. I wont add more till I can delete the old ones.
Last weekend we went to Fort Bragg again. It was an absolutely beautiful weekend. John actually got slightly sunburned, and I got tanned. We don't try to get burned n tanned, but we weren't ready for the sun to be as warm as it was. I didn't bring extra batteries and the ones in my camera died. I did manage to snap off a few, but i haven't even looked at them yet. So anyway, Saturday morning we got up and left for Occidental. We took a nice slow drive, took a few side roads to do some exploring and finally got to our destination. Johns brother and sister in law met us there that evening for dinner. We had drank a bottle of wine before they got there, then shared another one with them. We really had a great time.
Next mourning we left and drove down the road to Johns sisters place for easter. Most of his family showed up, and we were really not expected. It was a last minute thing that we went, but I'm happy we did. It was good to see his family and visit. since we live a few hours away, this doesn't happen very often. It really was a nice dinner and visit, but we still had a two hour drive to get back home. We left around 330 and got home wasted tired around 6. i know, its not two hours but close enough.
Since then, I have been working, having trouble sleeping, and due to that, been very tired. I look at my lappy, but that really is not the first thing I want to think about. Ok,so there is the explanation as to why I have been MIA. that is all I have for now. Hope you have a great weekend planned.
OK, this is how you delete a photo..on your home page click on album cover picture, you'll get a page with all pics in that album, go to bottom and click edit, then you'll get a small page with thumbnail pics, click the picture you want to delete/edit/title etc...you'll get a little box where you can edit that pic..click on red x below pic..and poof..it should go away....I hope LOL

Lisa - I think that everyone has times when blogging just isn't fun - and there's nothing wrong with taking a break....but it's good to check in so people don't worry, of course. Do remember that what you think is the same old, same old actually sounds very cool to a lot of the rest of us.

I am glad you had a nice Easter! That is too bad about the pictures not coming out. That is so frustrating. I have had that happen to me so many times though. I think the pictures look good on the camera only to find out they are blurry when I upload them on the computer. You should be able to delete your photos on Multiply though. I have done it several times. I understand that losing the blogging spirit things. Happens to me every now and then. I disappear for a while cause I just need the break, but somehow I always find my way back. lol. Hope you have a great Friday and a fantastic weekend! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa it's good to hear that spring has sprung out west. I detest blurry pictures, I just delete them at least with digital we don't have to pay for the crummy shots like 35 mm. Well maybe I should go try a blog I haven't been to regular either..blogging that is I haven't a problem the other way...hehehe

Glad you and big John have been having some great times! I love to hear about them. Oh man....you too as pirates....LOL!
